Acceptable Use Policy

Photo Coloring Page, operated by LI KE ("Photo Coloring Page", "we", "us") turns photos you upload into printable coloring pages with AI image models. This policy sets out what you may not use the service for, how we check content, how to report a problem, and what we do about violations. It applies to everyone who uses the service and is part of our Terms of Service.

1. What this policy covers

• Photos and pictures you upload (the input).
• The coloring pages generated from them (the output), as images, PNG and PDF files.

The service does not take free-text prompts. Each coloring page is generated from an uploaded photo and a line style you pick.

2. Prohibited content

You may not upload photos for, or use the service to create, any of the following:

• Pornography and sexual content (NSFW), including nudity and sexually suggestive images.
• Violence and gore: graphic injury, blood, cruelty, or images that glorify violence.
• Hate speech: images that attack or demean people based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics, including hate symbols.
• Child-unsafe content: any sexualised image of a minor (child sexual abuse material, CSAM), or any image that exploits or endangers children.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: images meant to deceive people about who someone is or what they did, or photos of a real person used without their consent in a way that harms or misrepresents them.
• Copyright and trademark infringement: photos you have no right to use, and copyrighted characters, artwork, logos or brands used without permission.

2.1 Zero tolerance

The following leads to an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to the authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC):

• Any sexual content involving minors.
• Non-consensual sexual or intimate images of a real person.
• Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism or mass violence.

2.2 Other prohibited conduct

• Uploading photos of other people without the right to do so, or in breach of their privacy.
• Trying to get around our moderation, quotas or limits, for example with automated or bulk uploads.
• Selling or presenting generated pages as hand-drawn work.

3. How we moderate

3.1 Automated checks

• Before generation: every uploaded photo is screened with the OpenAI Moderation API (omni-moderation) for sexual content, sexual content involving minors, violence and graphic violence, and self-harm. Photos that fail are rejected and never sent to an image model.
• Before display: every generated coloring page is screened with the same moderation model before it is shown or offered for download. Pages that fail are discarded, and a photo whose first page fails this way does not count toward your daily or monthly allowance.
• Usage limits: daily and monthly quotas limit how many photos one visitor or account can process, which also limits abuse.

3.2 Human review

Reports sent to us are reviewed by a person. Generated pages are private to the person who made them: we do not publish user content in a public gallery or feed. The example pages on our site are made by us.

If you believe content made with Photo Coloring Page breaks this policy or infringes your rights (for example your copyright, or your likeness), email us at support@photocoloringpage.com with a description and, if you have it, a link or the file. We keep the identity of people who report confidential. Deliberately false reports are themselves a violation of this policy.

Depending on how serious and how repeated a violation is, we may:

• delete the photo and the generated pages;
• send a warning to the account email;
• restrict the account, for example by lowering its quota;
• suspend or permanently close the account and cancel its subscription without refund;
• report the matter to the authorities and cooperate with them.

7. Appeals

If you think we acted on your account by mistake, email support@photocoloringpage.com within 30 days of our notice. A person who did not make the original decision will review it, usually within 10 business days.

8. AI-generated content and the models we use

Coloring pages are AI-generated. We currently use OpenAI's GPT Image 1.5 model, with Google's Nano Banana 2 (Gemini image) model as a fallback, followed by our own clean-up of the line art. If both models are unavailable, a page may instead be traced from your photo by a non-AI image filter. Photo Coloring Page is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI or Google.
